One rumor is that Disneyland will only open with one park, that being California Adventure, Disney did officially announce Avengers Campus will open in the summer of 2021, but one rumor that I like is that both parks will open, some thought only DCA would, but this rumor disagrees. So they said that because of the hype, there would be a lot of people that would want to go, and not everyone could go so they would all go to DTD (Down Town Disney). There is also no reason they only open one park. The only reason I can think of it not having enough cast members, but if they opened up both parks, they would have reason to re-hire some of them.
